A new opportunity for a Senior Account Manager is available, working with a well known client to lead the way as part of a collaborative team.
About the role
This agency offers hybrid working, a dog friendly office as well as career development and training. They work across everything from campaign management, strategy, photography through to branding as well as production.
Your day to day will include:
- All aspects of client management including taking briefs, communicating on deliverables, managing expectations, problem solving, presentations, new business and relationship building.
- Budget management, providing client estimates, supplier quotes and resource management
- Facilitating the full project life cycle across WIPS, creative briefs, scheduling, production, creative reviews etc
- Working closely with the CD, Creative Services Director and having a partnership with the client
Requirements
The ideal applicant will be an experienced Mid-Senior Account Manager who can work across all aspects of the business with excellent client communication and relationship building skills.
- 3-5 years agency Account Management experience working with luxury, retail and/or fashion clients
- A background working in a diverse studio and wearing many hats across campaigns, branding, print, digital, social and photography
- Demonstrated history managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change
- Strong financial acumen
- Full Australian working rights without limitations
