Account Manager

As the Print Account Manager, you will manage a high volume of inquiries, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and installers. A positive attitude, clear communication, and an innovative mindset are key to thriving in this fast-paced, dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production of print and display campaigns, providing high-quality customer service and account management while guiding clients through the process.
  • Serve as the main contact for day-to-day orders, maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and installers, and keeping the Account Director informed of major updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, installers, and team members to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
  • Manage print jobs by checking and uploading artwork, building production estimates, booking orders, and creating guides and run sheets for installs.
  • Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot production issues, update work schedules, and maintain internal and external WIPs.
  • Perform daily admin tasks, attend meetings, ensure jobs meet deadlines, organise client experiences, and manage courier and return-to-sender processes

About you:

  • Experience in large format print, estimating, and strong analytical and commercial skills, with a keen eye for trends and creative flair.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with a calm, confident, and considerate approach.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding client brands, and providing tailored solutions with a strong work ethic and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, enjoying collaboration, and committed to going above and beyond for the best customer journey.
