Project Coordinator

About the role:

In this role, you will support an Account Director with sales projects and orders by becoming proficient in print systems, quoting, and booking client campaigns. You'll oversee delivery and installation, provide updates, communicate with clients, and manage external production orders. Additionally, you'll book installers, manage schedules, and create guides for installs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production of print and display campaigns, ensuring the highest standard of customer service and account management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day orders while the Director manages overall client relationships and communications.
  • Guide clients through projects, keep them informed, and involve the Account Director in major developments or setbacks.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, installers, and team members, supporting effective delivery of projects.
  • Quote, book, and manage print campaigns and production projects, ensuring schedules are up to date and deadlines are met.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve business processes and customer experiences, maintaining a balance between hard work and a happy work-life balance.

About you:

  • Proven passion for excellent customer experience and journey, highly organised, witty, confident, considerate, with a cool, calm, level-headed approach.
  • Able to understand client brands and offer the best possible solutions, with creative flair, sharp analytical skills, commercial awareness, trend awareness, decision confidence, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Capable of working with urgency in a fast-paced environment, dealing confidently with challenging customers, going above and beyond for the best customer experience, exceptionally organised, and a people person energised by team interactions.
  • Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Suite, quick learning of new systems, handling high email traffic; preferred skills include order processing, large format print knowledge, print and production estimating, and POS/display exposure.
