About the role:

As a Print Account Coordinator, you'll manage multiple projects, ensuring clear communication with clients, suppliers, and installers. You'll support an Account Director with print campaigns and portal orders, and portal systems. Additionally, you'll ensure exceptional customer experiences and timely delivery and installation of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate print and display campaigns, ensuring top-notch customer service and account management.
  • Act as the main contact for day-to-day orders, while the Director handles overall client relations.
  • Guide clients through projects, keep them informed, and involve the Account Director in major developments or setbacks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, installers, and team members.
  • Facilitate clear, jargon-free communication with clients and handle various administrative tasks.
  • Troubleshoot production or logistical challenges and continuously seek ways to improve processes and customer experiences.

About you:

  • Large format print and estimating experience, with a keen eye for trends and creative flair.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and confidently.
  • Highly organised, with sharp analytical skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to accuracy and detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, capable of learning new systems quickly, and able to manage a high volume of email traffic efficiently.
