This esteemed branding agency is looking for a Senior Branding Designer to join their award winning team. It is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in strategic, thoughtful and high calibre projects and be part of a growing team of talented creatives.

About the job

This full time role is based in a stylish studio in Sydney, working on site 3 days a week and 2 from home. Your day to day will involve translating strategy into ideas, developing brand identities and creating meaningful and impactful work. This studio has an impressive (and exciting) client list who would be considered premium, luxury and top tier.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own your projects from start to finish, including strategy, presenting, concept development and ideation through to rollout across print and digital as well as finished art.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, collaborating on ideas for visual identities and brand campaigns as well as supporting your team during busy periods.
  • Crafting design for brochures, books, websites, OOH advertising and more.
  • Selling your concepts internally, commercial and to clients

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

  • Previous experience working in a dedicated branding agency, or in a design/advertising agency working on strategic branding projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and ideate as well as craft your designs and translate strategy into meaningful work across printed collateral and digital campaigns.
  • Technical skills to take your work through to finished art
  • Strong typography skills and understanding of type hierarchy.
  • 5+ years experience as a Graphic Designer and a folio of relevant branding projects (preferably with examples of work done for premium/luxury clients or brands).
  • Available to work on-site in Sydney minimum 3 days per week.
