The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their skills in design and visual communication and previous experience within an in-house role. This candidate will have experiences designing across website, eDMs and social media content as well as print formats.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across web, social content,
• Create tasteful designs in-line with brand guidelines
• Handle scheduling and posting across channels such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, and occasionally YouTube
• Develop, resize, and retouch website graphics, including homepage designs, journal layouts, and product imagery
• Assist with photoshoots and create behind-the-scenes content for seasonal campaigns
• Edit videos to refresh existing footage and create engaging content
• Design internal marketing documents to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all materials.
• Create moodboards and presentations for trade clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication is essential
• 3-5 years of experience in design and visual communication
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Premier Pro
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• In-house design experience essential
• Strong portfolio of work
