This creative agency with a boastful book of luxury clients is looking for an Office and Finance Manager to join their team and help with the smooth running of their stylish office.
About the role
This role would be best suited to someone who has previous experience working with accountants across all nature of finance including: managing payroll, quarterly BAS, credit card statements, EOFY summaries, invoicing, accounts payable / receivable, insurance and more.
In addition to the daily finance portion of this role the Office and Finance Manager will be responsible for EA duties and general office support and administration for the whole team. You could be ordering champagne one day and booking flights the next!
A positive attitude, helpful nature, willingness to take ownership and drive timelines will see you succeed.
Requirements
- Valid working rights for Australia without limitations.
- Located in NSW and willing to work on-site 5 days a week.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Xero.
- Proficiency with all manner of finance required to run a mid-large sized business.
- Ability to take initiative, accountability and strong organisation skills
- 4+ years experience in a similar finance role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in the creative space or an understanding of the industry would be looked upon favourably but is not mandatory.
