Our client are a well known and respected members organisation. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a strategic and hands on Creative Team Lead to join their in-house team. They are going through a period of positive change and need someone to lead the way and help facilitate their strategies.

About the role

This exciting opportunity is best suited to a candidate from a graphic design background who has experience working with multiple stakeholders and is genuinely interested in all aspects of the business. They need someone who is conceptual and can take an innovative approach to design, whilst managing a team of other creatives.

Working collaboratively with the broader marketing team, the Creative Team Lead with be responsible for driving overarching brand cohesion across the organisation.

This is a full time permanent role working hybrid (2 days from home, 3 on-site).

Requirements

  • 4+years experience in a similar role working in design and leadership.
  • Background working within a marketing department as well as in creative agencies.
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stake holders and to be able to manage and communicate expectations clearly and professionally.
  • Strong strategic mindset and the ability to communicate this visually.
  • Skilled at developing campaigns, events and marketing collateral for different media formats such as social, magazines, print, direct mail, display ads, video and audio content, web, corporate collateral, email etc
  • Previous history mentoring, developing and leading a team.
  • Full Australian working rights without limitations.
  • Ability to jump on the tools (adobe creative suite) and work from concept to finished art as needed.
  • Experience with video, motion and html would be highly advantageous but is not mandatory.
