About the role:

This Account Manager role oversees Client Management for a major Australian retailer across TV, Digital, and Radio. Responsibilities include campaign planning, finance management, creative briefings, client presentations, production, and approvals, from start to dispatch. The role requires handling multiple fast-paced projects with attention to detail, positivity, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for the client and their product suppliers in a specific business sector.
• Build effective relationships with clients, product suppliers, and agency teams through daily management of client work.
• Oversee planning, finance, production, and delivery of advertising projects, including briefing, client liaison, and presenting creative concepts.
• Manage government approval processes, including ClearAds and CHP, and handle financial tasks such as timesheets and job cost reports.
• Continuously review and improve processes with clients and internally.
• Provide support to senior team members.

About you:

• 2 years of experience in advertising agencies or client management, with strong multitasking, prioritisation, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation; able to think creatively, strategically, and commercially.
• Proactively solve problems, handle tight deadlines, and manage projects with agility while maintaining a positive working culture.
• Strong social intelligence, calm under pressure, and a passion for the creative and production process, working effectively with clients, suppliers, and agency teams.
