Coming from a background in agency account management, Chenoa approaches recruitment through the eyes of the client and candidate with both a consultative and empathetic nature. She is dedicated to relationship building and management and works with both agency and in-house clients.
She has been with Become since 2017 sourcing talent for a wide spectrum of creative roles. These include but are not limited to print digital, motion, presentation, packaging, branding and 3D designers, Copywriters, and Account Managers.
Chenoa was an extra in a Heath Ledger movie and has had the same dance teacher for over 20 years, mastering Ballroom and Latin!
