Group Account Director

I have partnered with a highly successful property specialist agency that is looking for a Group Account Director to join their team during a time of the business where new clients are coming on board and growth is a focus!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer advocacy plan aimed at fostering long-term relationships, securing client loyalty, and facilitating repeat business with our existing clientele.
  • Proactively identify and capitalise on organic growth opportunities within our current client accounts by closely monitoring their evolving needs and offering innovative, tailored solutions to address them effectively.
  • Take charge of coordinating customer advocacy style meetings, strategically designed to cultivate and nurture new business opportunities from within our existing client base, ensuring a steady influx of projects and revenue streams.
  • Regularly present insightful analyses, potential growth avenues, and strategic approaches to securing future projects for our existing client portfolio, providing key updates to the Founder & Director and Managing Director to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
  • Assume responsibility for the reconciliation of client retainers on a quarterly basis, while actively seeking out opportunities to renew client retainers annually, thereby ensuring sustained revenue streams and continued client satisfaction.
  • Oversee agenda items such as customer survey insights, debrief analyses, testimonial opportunities, and more, while simultaneously ensuring operational efficiency in the studio and client work.
